Terms of Service

Copyright. All images remain the intellectual property of Indiana Dinh and Avoda Studios. Downloading your gallery does not transfer copyright ownership.

Personal use. You are welcome to print, share, and display your images for personal, non-commercial use. This includes social media, personal websites, digital frames, gifts, and printing through a professional lab.

Vendor sharing. You are welcome to share your images with your wedding vendors. Please encourage them to credit Avoda Studios when posting publicly.

Social media and online sharing. When sharing on social media, I'd be so grateful for a tag or credit (@avodastudios). It helps more couples find work they love, and it means the world to a small business.

Editing and filtering. Please do not apply heavy filters, crop out the photographer credit, or alter the images in a way that significantly changes the editing style. Light brightness or contrast adjustments for stories are fine.

Commercial use. Images may not be used for commercial purposes, advertising, or sold to any third party without prior written permission from Avoda Studios.

Print releases. Your gallery includes a personal print release. You may print your images through any professional lab of your choosing.
